Ages 4 to 15 · Monday to Saturday
Three age groups
Classes are split by age so a four-year-old and a fourteen-year-old never share a mat. Coaches move kids between groups when they're ready, not just when they have a birthday.

4–6 yrs
Movement, games and the first building blocks of Muay Thai. Forty-five minutes, high energy, lots of praise. Kids learn to listen, take turns and throw a proper kick.

7–10 yrs
Real technique on pads and partners, with structure that carries over to school. Fitness, focus and respect, and the belt ladder to climb.

11–15 yrs
Proper Muay Thai for teenagers: pads, clinch, controlled sparring and conditioning with a crew their own age. The pathway into the fight team is here for those who want it.
What parents notice
Confidence
Kids who can stand their ground on the mat stand their ground in the playground. Most parents say they see it within a month.
Discipline
Lining up, listening, waiting your turn, finishing the round. It's built into every class without a lecture.
Fitness
Forty-five minutes of real movement. They sleep better and they ask to come back.
Respect
Muay Thai is a culture, not just a sport. Kids learn to bow in, look after a partner and lose with grace.
Belt grading
Every kid grades each term, including the ones who started last week. The ladder runs Yellow, Orange, Blue, Green and Red, with four stripes to earn on each belt. Everyone moves one step at a time, so every belt is earned.
